PHOTO-ASSIGNMENT 07: Steps | B&H Explora

Go for a walk somewhere you have always wanted to photograph. As you walk, stop and take a unique image after a predetermined number of steps.

10? 20? Your favorite number? Every city block? The world changes a lot in just a few feet. Stop to capture this. Two different fire hydrants do not make two unique photographs.

I recently went to Kalimpong, all alone. With a 101°C fever. And I hiked for 12km in the rocky terrains on the very first day after reaching there.

And I did this assignment. I walked and I took photographs every 50 steps. I started with 10 steps but that was too hard to keep up with, it was hard to get an unique frame (one that is worth photographing) every 10 steps. So I walked for 50.
